Brownies

I promise, you are in for a treat this time. "Theminimice" have done it again. The search for the best brownie recipe should be over after trying this one. Absolutely a winner. Saintpaulia whips this up in no time. The whole colony gets excited when the chocolate fragrance fills the garden. Now here take a look at the step by step and pictures of the mini version. Hope you enjoy it.

Happy baking, love Saintpaulia

1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 TBS vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, or chopped chocolate.

Preheat oven to 350 F
Melt the butter in a pan, put in the sugar and take it off the heat. Stir the eggs into the mixture. One at a time. Add the vanilla. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, cocoa, salt and chocolate chips. Add this dry mix to the wet mix and do not overwork, just mix it together so it is smooth. Spread mixture into a parchment covered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.

Hope you have a lovely Sunday
