Chocolate cherry cake

The Minimice are cooking and baking these days as they would like to have some treats with them when they are going to Denmark for book release next weekend. Here is one of the cakes that they will bring. A chocolate cherry cream tier cake. Inspired from the Swedish bake master Linda Lomelino.
